Modern Abode


This home had undergone significant renovations on the upper floors but required improvement in the basement, which was hindered by limited space, low ceilings, and a confusing layout. The new design lowered the basement floor by three feet and utilized previously unused space to create a spacious family room, a laundry area, and a luxurious spa bathroom. An oversized window well not only added an interesting architectural feature with its exposed concrete but also allowed for a large window that flooded the space with natural light.
