Urban Homestead

This home sits on a stunning property with views of a ravine. It’s not uncommon for couples to have differing visions for their living spaces: one preferred a modern, minimalist, monochromatic style, while the other favored a softer, more traditional look. The solution was a design that balanced both styles—combining contemporary elements with traditional proportions, seamlessly integrating with the surrounding neighborhood. Inside, the spaces are light, airy, and open. With minimal hallways, the home flows naturally, creating a continuous path that connects each area. Neutral concrete floors and white walls provide a clean, gallery-like atmosphere, offering a perfect backdrop for the client's vibrant art and furnishings.
